Selling small house seen in picture for 60k. It's west of trinsic. There is a close neighbor that is intersted in buying if you ever wish to sell in future, I haven't been able to run into him in game lately so I gave up waiting on him.

The price is 60k, cheap. Or if you just want the deed, I'll deed it and sell the deed for 47500. Just want to get rid of this baby.
