How about horseshoes with slayer properties that can be affixed to any NON-META pet? They could have x amount of charges...craftable? Herding gives a bonus? It could level the playing field for those who don't own metas. They still wouldn't come close to a meta pet since no relics but it would give a small damage boost and another thing for the economy especially the smaller players.
