Skill gain bonus/penalty

Hello,

Unfortunately cant' find a guide on skill gaining places. It is know that dungeon provides +50% skill gain bonus. However, what numbers are for:
1. Guarded town.
2. Unguarded town.
3. Just field/forest
4. Private house.

I would like to know this 100% for sure too. I have heard that 1, 2 and 4 are all -50% but dont hole me to it.
