Profile says i've played here 511 days. In that amount of time I have never needed the assistance of staff on UO:F till this evening. I logged in from a 2 day break to find the server had reverted during a farming session. My WW and Meta were not in the stables and my pet balls were empty. I paged VIA in game help and Shane got back to me within 20 Minutes. Shane confirmed there indeed was a small 15 minute revert Wednesday evening and to contact Adam about the pet. I got a hold of Adam approximately an hour later and within 5 minutes he had restored my Meta pet. Great customer service and top notch professional staff here. Adam discussed a possible safeguard for pets in the future during crashes/reverts.
