i dont mean to derail this guys auction, but you do know unblessed charcoal sandals are worth like 20k and a cbd is 180k or so now.

you would be paying an extra 175k for the donation title.

i would suggest farming lich lords until a pair drops and blessing it. i think theyre still tailor rewards too.
