Not trolling MB, as you know like Asan, I have also sold one or two houses in my day and like to monitor the market.

Yeah for me there are only a few better castles out there, 5 tops. This spot is only a stones throw from my other house and is going to look sick as fuck with a galleon parked next to the peninsula
