If you are having a hard time finding a decent size house I will place a house for you for 50k. The size will be 9 by 14. It will be in a low spawn area. You will need a 225K check for you to buy a house from me. I'm not going to tell you where the location is besides it will probably be somewhere on the main continent. Don't bug me to see the house location I am only looking for a fast trade and to be honest 50k isn't much in the game for me. I'm more or less doing this to help people out and get them a decent starter house.
