Why not knock that down and try and it a bigger custom? Is there something blocking that bakside?

Hi all, that was my initial idea, but i found a bigger spot and i put the bigger house there, and i only want one house for customize.

Sorry for my inglish it sucks hahaha.

Totally understandable but if i was you id try and squeeze the buggest one there cause you could sell it for more prolly

You can ad one more square to the spot with a custom house nothing more, 13x8 or 12x9 i dont remember well. In the picture cant see it but the terrain have depression in one corner.
