Rune Libraries?

I've been looking for a Rune Library without any luck. If someone knows where one is I would appreciate the general area, or coordinates. Thanks in advance....

Try Trinsic - there's a rune library just south of the main bank (which is central/east). There is a townhall there with a room that contains it.

I'll check it out! The one in Trinsic had at least one Rune hat didn't work. I tried a few time butno luck the few other ones I tried seemed to work fine.

i have a rune to one i use but no idea where its at lol. i iust recall in and leave..never looked around
