im looking at rate of champs done/ limited of 2 artifacts per champs @ that 20% rate..... rikktor gets done WAY more than Neira IJS

Ive seen two heads and two swords on the market since they were introduced. Seem to both be equally rare to me. Either that or people are keeping the heads because they actually look good.

...looks like somebody doesn't have a good grasp on the concept of deco.

There could be ten heads of Rikktor but only one sword, I'd still pay twice as much for a head.
