Rideable Meta Pets

How about rideable meta pets for crafters only? Have to have at least 300 points in crafter skills to control and they have storage and defends against theives/murderers. Want to kill my miner, you have to go through my meta!
But seriously, what do you mean by rideable meta pets? Like nightmare strength stuff?
P.S. I wasn't serious about the crafter meta pet.

Would be cool to have a meta pet (with relics) that evolves into a rideable mount. Example: a simple cat could evolve into a kick ass tiger

i love this idea, 2 slot meta pets would be so cool.
For example last stage could be the dogs in Locke rda

I think being able to pair anything more than a WW/Mare with a meta dragon would be overkill. When a lvl 7 meta has all relics activate it is complete and total destruction.
There were whispers of a 2 slot not long after dragon eggs were introduced but I think staff realized that would be insane and backpedaled on that.
If implemented a tremendous amount of restraint would need to be shown. 2 abilities, light on the damage relics, heavy on things more akin to the golden relic.
Variety is a good thing but being too OP is not.

I'd do some very nasty things to anyone who could make this happen. I mean. Like seriously nasty.

Maybe they can make it so a player can only control 1 meta pet at a time, regardless of how many control slots it takes. That could possibly negate some of the potential for overpowering a tamer.
Crafting meta pet ideas for characters with a given number of crafting skills: Fire beetle can forge ore into ingots or can carry a forge relic. Maybe another that helps track veins of ore or give a % chance of upgrading the oar found in a given vein or other resources. How about something that helps gatherers escape like one that casts a gate or does stuns/paralyze attacks on someone attacking their owner.

I mean a lvl 6/7 can easily work spawn while defending his owner against PKs as it is right now - I'm not sure if I want to see anything rideable with QS etc.
