Remove Talisman Spam

i think it is obsolete with the new gump, thanks!
but consider these mentioned things please:

1) Could it be resized to a Window that only fits the title "Talisman" and 4 Rows for the Relics? it would be nice if it was smaller (exact size for its purpose)

2) The Phase Shift message, that im standing too close to the target should only pop up when the cooldown is ready, tho!

3) Instead of spamming the talisman needs to rest when you died, add a timer for the recovery time of talisman till you can channel its power again to the newly created window

I never bought any of my relics, got them all from Arch,... I dont pay mills for stuff, ill wait till they come my way
