Recovering a lost account

I don't recall my account name. I thought I did, but all my characters are gone with any associated account name I can think of?

What are my next steps?

Have you filled in the form? Maybe try pm your toon names and the usernames you're trying to staff. Definitely not the passwords at this point (even if wrong as they might be correct with the right username).
