Re-Introduce Steal-able Server Rares

These great house deco items really need to get back into circulation in the game, the custom houses, and ability to decorate in game, is something that many spend countless hours building their theme, and perfecting it, but nothing is perfect without that fruit bowl, or set of horseshoes, or that last stack of books..

The concern is that a select few controlled the market on these server rares, so I'm proposing to introduce these in a way that they couldn't be controlled, and it'd be random luck to anyone who happened by them.

Building on the refuse pile system, where multiple people can double click a pile and get junk out of it, with the occasional chance at broken furniture, or neat items, why not implement refuse piles, or junk piles, in varying dungeons, that spawn sporadically, and can be 'checked' by multiple people (once per account per 24 hours) for an extremely low chance at spawning a server rare. If the chance was low enough that only 2-4 items of worth came back into the market, it'd help get some of these items into circulation, generating interest, while giving all a chance to participate, without dropping the price on server rares too much.

It doesn't have to be just refuse piles, you could do stacks of books in libraries that are clickable, piles of bones in graveyards, or even graves themselves, in this way you could actually have certain themes only spawn in certain areas, so people could actively hunt for items they were looking for!

I also liked some guys idea about make GM begging a possible route to obtain some of these. If the begging check worked similar to the garbage piles might be fun way to further put a break on their entry to market (as not everyone would want to run a begging toon)

I definitely like the idea of using begging for this as well Nekronos, it's a great opportunity to make some of these skills worthwhile.. Also saw an idea about Forensics a while back, making quests, that involve digging up graves and such for clues, could tie Forensics to grave digging for loot, Inscription for bookcase/book stack searching, camping for some sort of brushpile searching around campfires...
