i agree you should stick to your own terms, but you should also make your terms un ninjable too. because to ninja an auction , is sneaky, and greedy , i think.

I wouldn't say it's sneaky. It's fairly obvious. It's been the case for Ebay for all the years since inception. Just seems common sense to pay as little as one has to. Haven't sold on e bay since pre-mondain's legacy, but back then even, all you'd do is bid until you saw on that page "reserve met". Then sit and wait as the clock ticked away trying to be the last one to get a bid in.
But yes. Terms need to be made very clear. And any revisions should be done with plenty of notice.
