Question abt turning blue when joining factions !

Stop playing for abit so i do not know anything regarding this issue .

Hope someone can help out ......

I have a red char that joined faction but i still remained red .

Do i need to do something to turn blue ?

when u first join u should get a option box to accept the reprive if u canceled it or press no idk mayb u can quit and rejoin?
