Question about skills

Hello, new to UOF, I played Original UO from 1997-2001. Wanted to know if Eval Intel gives more damage to Magery and if any other skills effect damage on this server?

Ok so this is like the skills were back in 1999 on original servers with insta hit

More like 2001/2002 after insta hit and haly mages went away. Right before all of the weird stuff like weapon abilities (bleed, pierce, etc) and before elemental resistances.

Hmm, I think I quit UO right when hally mages went away, I last remember having to equip a spell book to cast spells and quit right after. So what is the meta for PvP now if not hally mage?

I think the FAQ page on uoforever.com may answer a lot of what's in and what's not.

This is what most folks call a Pre-AoS/Pre-Pub16 shard. There are some niceties from later UO releases but the mechanics are still pre-AoS.
