Question about indestructible/invulnerable armor

Is there any difference between:

Indestructible + invulnerable
vs
powder of fortifying + invulnerable

I don''t have anyone with itemID, so I haven't been able to test it out

Indestructible plus fortification powder will give you the max possible durability. The plain plus powder will not be able to get to the same level.

It also seems that you can apply more charges to the item the higher the durability mod is on the item. I can't really confirm that 100% but I think eppy said something along those lines. I also remember when using the powder I got an extra charge applied when it had high durability.
