Turn the abandoned raffle island into a no cut, no loot battle ground. You could make it spawn a random daily king of the hill battle. Winning (non-militia) guild could receive a limited time double skill or XP gains. Allow non guild players to join a temp nomad guild so they can join in on the fights.
Could be great fun for established players and a fantastic incentive for player looking to hit end game on that talisman or Meta.
Guilds would have to hold the islands heart for X amount of time to be considered the winner.
