Problem installing UOF launcher on new HD

When i go to install:

Download dependencies:
Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable
.NET Framework 4.5.1

Install dependencies:
Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable
.NET Framework 4.5.1

Destination location:
C:\Users\Generic Profile\Downloads

i get this error :



I'm using windows 7 ultimate, and it's the same set up on my old hard drive, just for what ever reason it's giving me shit. I don't recall this error the last time i installed the launcher, but it admittedly was a while ago. Any ideas?

I found a work around, i just installed the Sallos client from the wiki, and copypasta'd the classic UO folder that i have patched on my my other HDD, so it has all the proper things applied to it already. Still wouldn't mind knowing how to fix the launcher tho.
