I was thinking why not implement power hour to help the noobies. I mean let's be honest all the vets have all their chars trained and it would help motivate those training to log on every day. Most people only have a little time to play anyways so one hour of solid training is nice... Just a thought would love to hear feedback!

This shard has significantly fast skill gain, it's already pretty much 24/7 power hour. Just make sure you're in a dungeon for that sweet 50% gain!
