Pet Relic Question

Hello ppl,
4 days ago i dropped my frist relic and i putted in metastone, but i never see it activate and also never see relic exp gain, Is normal ? Some relic is disable or not working?
Because is strange in 4 days of use pet never see effect... Ability name is Paralytic venom.

I put it in metadragon .. but some ppl tell me is not a metadragon relic ?? I think some bug happen because i put a non metadragon relic in metadragon
