Trying to raise Peace at the Bard Table. I hit 93.7 and completely stopped gaining. I thought I could GM it there. I gained Provo to 115 there. All arrows are marked right...I have plenty of space to gain...any help is appreciated.

you can gain 120 there, are you sure you are not at cap?

No...But I went and bought a regular lute and just gained .1 No idea why it stopped except I had swapped for an exceptional. I hadn't gained in 20 minutes. Thanks !

Also are you targeting a mob, or targeting yourself for a blanket peacing? (is there such a thing here?)... Make sure you are targetting the rotter, he should give you the best gains there at your level.
