There is a dragon champ spawn and destard is a highly farmed dungeon with dragons. Prolly top 5 farmed mobs meaning there are quite a bit of dragon and especially hued dragon statues. And i said it was what I would offer for pure white non rare mob statue. Hope that clears it up better for you.
