they are animated when you lock them down i have one at my place under the very rare boat in the game as for a price i seen the go for 1.5 mill to 2 mill check the form under water tile or water

got it from either a sea serpent or a deep sea serpent (forgot which)

and like rage said you cant fish from it sadly
