i would say less than 500k, it is a small house, yes it near guards/bank. but with safe zone at west brit bank, most go there to use it. this would be more of a new players home due to location and the bank/guard zone.

Haven't been playing as much as I have been wanting to lately and I am thinking about selling this house depending on how much it is worth. Closest house to the bank, a 7x7.
I would like to buy it from you if you are selling, i'm your neighbor to the north and I want to turn it into a house to grow plants. I don't know how much it's worth though...............
