PC on OG green Skill scrolls

I have 3 original hue SS a +1 herding +1 fletching and a +1 SpiritSpeak

whats the PC on OG green skillscroll?

There is other green skill scrolls now, so the only uniqueness is in the skills, and a user would have to click on the scroll to even see they are different.

I'd say good luck getting 25k per.

so that forest green color isn't unique cause they don't spawn anymore?
and does that make the spiritspeak one rare?

I haven't seen any forest green ones drop but that's just me, I know they're out there
