Meta Mantis Changes
Increased Level 5-6 Armor to 55 and 65.
Decreased Magmatic Blast damage from 4 - 10 to 2 - 6.
Each physical attack on the meta mantis will decrease all enabled relic's current cooldowns by 2 seconds.


Relic Rework:
Infected Wounds:

  • Will now apply a debuff on the target which increases damage when more health is missing.
  • Damage Calculation: Larger of (Smaller of ( 10% of missing health, or Level * 4 dmg), Level)
  • Damage will be applied every 0.5 seconds for 3 seconds.
Primal Scream:
  • Primal Scream is now an active relic with a cooldown of 30 seconds.
  • When activated will provide 40 * Level dexterity and stamina for 5 seconds.
Butler Arrow/Bolt Fixes
  • Will now only withdraw or deposit regular wood arrows, special arrows are ignored.

Talisman Relic XP gain change:
You can no longer gain XP if you haven't cast a spell or melee attacked a mob in 30 seconds.

Other:
Fixed: Arrows should now default as regular wood.
Added staff logging for disappearing meta stones.
Fixed Mage Talisman not gaining Relic skill XP bug.
Fixed crash related to the additional target information.

Overdrive healing changes.
Non-PvP Healing:

1 Tick per second.. 2 ticks to cure, resurrect will remain to be all available ticks.
Healing amount: 2 + ((anatomy skill) * 0.06) .. 8 hp per tick at GM
Ticks amount: 2 + ((healing skill) * 0.04) .. 6 ticks at GM
Will be interrupted by any harmful spell / damage (by player)

in PvP combat Healing:
1 Tick per 2 seconds... 1 tick to cure, resurrect will remain to be all available ticks.
Healing amount: 6 + ((anatomy skill) * 0.08) .. 14 hp per tick at GM
Ticks amount: 1 + ((healing skill) * 0.02) .. 3 ticks at GM
Will be interrupted by any harmful spell / damage (by player)
Generally.. Healing can now be split up by vet (your pet) vet (others pet), healing yourself pvp, healing yourself non pvp, healing others pvp, or healing others non pvp. Gamemode options work for UOF too.
