How do you know its one of a kind, just asking b4 I decide if I'm gonna bid

It dropped after the boss on the ground. Each boss dropped a unique item. One dropped a special red hanging net. One dropped the perch.. one dropped a coffin.. and I believe there was an anchor.... and there was a zombie rope.. so each boss had it's own drop ... i will ask staff when they are online if this is the first time these items have ever dropped but afaik I have never seen this perch before..
