When the lure of vast wealth was no match for the overwhelming fear of facing the elite privateers of the Commission, its operators raided coastlines and island estates.
Dedication to their bloody craft has netted another licensee, whom the Commission welcomes with open arms!
Captain Brandon Van Raily, amused with the two, inquired if they were married.
Like many licensees, it often takes a few encounters for them to remember they are completely safe at sea!

A brilliant display of nautical destruction against those who might stand against these able privateers, when even one commands the oceans entirely! In addition, he risked not only life but prize throughout the night as a bounty was put forth concerning a lost water dragon.

As many already know, the Vesper Commerce Commission is officially dismantled. There are several dozen reasons as to why, but those that care know, and those that don't, won't. Much of the crew was already disinterested in further actions and have been inactive, and few of the privateers remain in Britannian waters. They are entitled to fly the Commission's banner, but the company is otherwise removed from any future activities.
On behalf of the Commission, thank you again to our wonderful licensees. I look forward to future dealings with you all elsewhere.
