No shard to select...

I just built a new Windows 10 machine to get my daughter off my computer .

When I login, all seems normal, but when I get to the shard selection screen it is blank. I think I am accessing UOF because if I mistype my password it doesn't proceed. If I use the correct password I get the blank shard screen. Any ideas?

If it happens to anyone, I figured it out. I had an old install of UO on the machine that was interferring.
