New Player Quest?

I saw this on the latest release notes:

"We have added a small quest for new (young) players in the young player dungeon in Britain. It is a short quest, which at the end will give new players a Ring of Forgiveness and Candle of Forgiveness. Just like those given out to existing players, these are bound to character."

Has anyone found where/how to start this quest? I've run through the dungeon a few times but I haven't seen anything except the guy who says "if your screen is black click me!".

Bump. Has anyone at all figured out where and how to go about doing this quest? I'm running out of time on my new player account.

You can start the quest by double clicking on the restless spirits that are close to the dungeon entrance.

where is this low level dungeon for new players?

There are two entrances, both in Brit. One is in front of the inn where you spawn as a new character, the other is south west of the west brit bank. In both cases there are a pair of shining tiles. Step on to them to enter the newbie dungeon.

The restless spirits weren't there a few days ago when i made the original post. I ended up running out of time on my newbie character to enter the dungeon and do the quest. Why the folks running the server would bother making the announcement and not have the NPC's in the game the day of the announcement seems silly to me.

Is this quest working now or not yet? I tried double clicking the ghost but it only targeted him.

Yes. I just completed it. The NPC is a little ways into the dungeon. Not right at the beginning. Late for you Jimmy, but maybe it will help someone else.
