Need a Price check for a 12x16 plot, 1 screen from the road on the edge of the desert,

This is right beside the crossroad guardhouse that is north west of Cove and South West of Minoc,

250 I guess, maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less. Thing is there's not much demand for a medium sized house in the middle of nowhere. You could sell for more if you were willing to wait a few weeks.
