I dont know off-hand, but its prolly eq/ms that controls the town..so you would have to talk to one of those guys. They keep the taxes high when they have faction resource vendors out usually

I was able to contact the Minax leader, accidently stumbled across then on the forums later in the night. Might see about running for finance minister and not have to worry about it.

Already there, on 1 character at least, that's how I knew what character was the Leader of Minax. Saw that character listed as someone's sig, put 2 and 2 together, Pm'd them.In other words - you will have to join the 'Dark side'
