Would like to sell my max storage that is North of Yew, typically a healer nearby, no immediate neighbors. If the small 7x7 next to it ever sells/falls you could change the plot here and fix two max storages! There is some spawn on the west side of the house, plus side though - two different MOTM spawn! Ratmen and Ettins!

Starting offer at 2.5m

Can leave the customization as is if you like it,
