Alright. My Valor-Rite Vendors has simply gotten more popular then I ever expected to it get.. and I simply cannot continue to spend 6-8 hours each day stocking all the vendors I once could stock in just an hour or two per day.
Because I already know the income potential of all these vendors, and because I want to only interest serious people who want to make money.. I will place a weekly charge on the vendors. Trust me that each of these vendors can make serious cash, wayyy more then you'll pay for your weekly vendor spot. My 2k per week charge is really to show you are serious. This is a very small percentage of what you'll actually make (likely less then 5% for every vendor available)
Even though you will be paying a fee for the a vendor here, you still must follow the rules, mainly not to charge too much for your wares, be competitive with the pricing basically... and keep it stocked. You won't make any money if you don't keep your vendor stocked and empty vendors will hurt the reputation I've already established for "Valor-Rite Vendors". Other rules are pretty simple.. if you rent my bulk reg vendor, you cannot sell anything but bulk regs and you can never compete with another vendors wares/prices. Also things like harassing/stealing/killing customers or other vendor owners will not ever be tolerated. Pretty common sense stuff like that.
Price per vendor is 2k per week per vendor. Maximum vendors I want any one player owning at Valor-Rite is Two vendors. Keep your vendor stocked regularly and prices competitive, and trust me you WILL make money. You can make a lot of money, my iron ingot vendor owner and my magic items vendor renter are already making bank big time. There seems to be a regular, constant flow of customers already established at my shop.
These are the vendors I want to have people take over. First come first serve.... PM me if you are serious and interested in any of the following....
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
SCRIBE VENDOR (Miss Scribes).. Stock recalls, marks, gates, full magic books, rune books, if you want you can also stock other scribe goods like dungeon and city runebooks, etc. Pricing on recalls needs to be kept at current prices, 329 when buying 10 recalls, 2995 for lots of 100. Recalls need to be kept stocked at least twice per day. This one vendor currently brings in over 100k on an average day!
BULK REG VENDOR (Summer Reggs)... Stock commodity deeds of bulk regs (6,499 for 1k moss/pearl and 3799 for all other regs 1k deeds is recommended pricing here) This vendor can make serious bank, and only usually needs to be restocked once every two days or so currently.
BOD REWARDS VENDOR (Bawdree Wards) - Simple. Stock Bod Cloth, runic hammers, bod rewards of all types. You can also place BOD books on here to sell BODs if you so choose.
FURNITURE AND EMPTY KEGS VENDOR (Furnie N. Keggs) - Need to be GM carpentry and high tinker here to run this vendor. Empty Kegs need to be priced at under 450 each, preferably my current price of 429. You also need to stock deeds for things like ovens, water throughs, spinning wheels, forges, anvils, etc. Popular selling items like wooden benches, wooden chests, chairs, and tables are also recommended items I have sold a ton of with this vendor.
POWER SCROLL VENDOR - (To be named some catchy first name, last name: Powers) Nothing but Power Scrolls and SS to be sold on this one. This vendor will replace my current rooftop vendor 'Magika Goods" since I already have two other magic item vendors now.
STONEWARE VENDOR - (Name unknown at this time) - Must be high carpentry and GM+ miner here. Stocking deeds and stone furniture. If you price this stuff competitively, you can make a fortune on this one. I know because I was making bank a month ago or so but replaced this vendor with a slayer weapon vendor.. I'd like to bring it back and give someone the opportunity to sell their stoneware here if they want.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All other vendors, such as GM Armor, GM weapons, Slayer Bows, Slayer weapons, GM Instruments, GM Bows, LockPicking Kits, and Repair Deeds will stay under my control until again I find myself spending too much time stocking these vendors. If and when this happens, I will once again look to let someone else rent these vendors out.
2k per week for any of the above vendors. I do ask you keep my current pricing and vendor names unless we talk about other alternatives when you rent my vendor. Keep your vendor stocked with any of these vendors, and I guarantee you that you will make a ton of extra money!
All vendor renters will be given access to the Valor-Rite Vendor home and use of several friend chests. I don't recommend storing anything in them that is valued however as a lot of people will have access to them. Also if my available storage gets too low, and someone has 50 tinker tools sitting in one of the chests for example... they will be cleared out. But it might be nice to have a temporary holding place for something if you are overburdened for example. All vendor renters will also be given access to freely use the forge, anvil, spinning wheel, loom etc inside the home.
Please PM me if you are interested in renting any of these already established vendors at Valor-Rite for a low 2k per week rental charge. First come, first serve!
Thank you!
