I have 2 of the Beware! flags now the outer two I have seen on a vendor some time a go for 100k at the time I did not have the gold and did not know what they look like now i know now the fun part of looking for them

A very very long time ago - like 20 months roughly... I ran past a house that had like a 6x6 pirate emblem/white skull with bones below it and it had a black background that was "locked down" on some house tiles .

I think it was either a very old donation item .. i'm not 100% sure where it came from but it is very rare I believe and I have not seen it ever since.... it was a really cool item though for sure.

i remember see the deed it did not say Pirate Flag it was written like pirateFlags or Pirateflags and it was all black deed well if any one has this deed i am give 100k per deed all i need is 2
