Little BOD Help :)

I figured out how the LBOD deeds worked. That I need to make a smaller one first, then combine it with the bigger one.

2 Questions.....

1) Does the UO stratics guide apply here, or are there shard variations?

2) Am I correct in assuming, I don't need to save any helmet and shield ones?

1. Yes.
2. Maybe. I cant remember if plate helms are included on LBOD with plate mail as the criteria. I also cant remember if there is a LBOD for shields only, you will see them for weapons.

I was told plate helms are in LBOD... shields no, and any helm besides plate helm and chain coif are not in LBOD.
