Located South of the Delucia Passage this plot is 1/2 a screen from the Lich Ruins.
The ruins spawn 2 Lich Lords and 2 regular Lich.
You could easily farm 30K+ a hour and have your Lich Den to retreat to!!
The passage to the north is home to hell cats, lava lizards, a deamon, and effrets.
To the north east is a spider spawn that includes a dread spider.
