WTB Large House Near Trinsic!

Looking to buy a large 3-story house plot near the city of Trinsic or the Spirituality shrine. I've seen a couple pop up on the Selling forum here and there, but I figured I'd post a Buying thread in case others might be out there.

Ideally, I'm looking for:

• Fairly close to Trinsic or the Spirituality shrine, as stated. The closer the better!
  
• 14x14 or larger.
  
• Minimal to no blockage, especially by other houses.
• Relatively quiet area and low spawn.
