I don't know, I don't rummage through piles of trash anymore I'm well past that.

I used to do some refuse hunting but not for a long time. I got the other short and stubby style candle but never these. I suppose it's possible but wouldn't expect to see a lot of them that way.

This was a daily spawning rare in Ice 3. I snagged one every day that I checked on the death beetle spawn.
