Just a PSA regarding extra skill boost and loot

So it's being asked a ton in IRC and I wanted to save everyone's breath a little bit. So there has been no official announcement regarding the extra skill gain and loot since Shane stated it would be starting Friday and ending Sunday. Just wanted everyone to know as much as is to be known. No ETA has been given as per the exact time it will begin.
