Josef Mageeps Brain

I was killing Ophids today and found Josef mageeps brain in the loot, Not seen anything similar before and search shows nothing. Anyone give me an idea if it's used for anything besiades the obvious.

Might be the random IDOC loot. Was probably locked down in a house and ended up as loot on spawn. I've had CHESTs drop on me like that.
