Jhelow pit

Ppl told me to train in the jhelow pit. Im training lumberjacking with another char from my guild, in a party. Still we both get criminal. There's a way to avoid that ? Thanks.

If you're both green before u attack you're not grey you're just flag grey to each other. Everyone else will see you as blue

The thing is, is the second time a guy kill me there and ehs not red, or criminal. He just kill me get my loot and when i come back hes green.

I think the problem is that i get grey anywhere if i hit a guildie. How can i fix it ?

Im in the New players guild, but im not Young anymore. And i train with a Young char. Could be this ?

the person that kills you and loot you is green?
erm if your not order/chaos or factioned then your being killed by a guild mate
