I'm selling my old house plot because I have since moved into a bigger house on Hyloth island.
I believe it's 9x8 and it's 3 stories tall. The plot may look small but you can do a lot of things with it.
Pro: You have no neighbors, the whole peninsula is yours.
Pro: 3 wisps spawn around the house which provide a steady income and drop wisp statues.
Pro: A high level treasure map spawn is 2 or 3 steps away from the house.
Pro: Isolated location makes it a good RP location.
Con: It is somewhat close to the entrances to Shame and the Spider dungeon which means pvp does happen around the house.
Con: PKs sometimes arrive when they are chasing players from the dungeon.
Con: Random people using the treasure chest location
Con: Random people recalling in to kill the wisps.
