Is magery needed for scroll casting on this server???

I believe it is, never really tried it wit 0 magery however. iirc scrolls lower the skill needed for that circle by about 20 points.

Yes must have magery for scrolls above circle 2

for instance, recall scrolls added to a recall book, how much magery would be needed

same for Magic Reflect, how much? with scrolls if its 20pts less

Books are the exception as a loaded book will always succeed unless interrupted. Magic reflect is a level 5 and would be treated like a level 3. I would recommend checking a calculator to see what success % magery ratio your comfortable with.

My dexxer has 0 magery and I have never failed casting recall off of a filled rune book.

For MR, 40 skill is 75% chance with scrolls, and 100% at 50 skill according to that.
