Is 0.5 Taming gains per hour normal from? 92 - 92.5

I'm in a dungeon, Taming Lava Lizards on after another. I use peacmaking. I am always stuffed and drink.

Yet I just gained 0.5 in one hour. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Fairly normal. Things get really slow in the 90's.

A good hour would be 1.0 and a bad hour would be .2-.3.

Can i start with lava lizards at 84 real? I seem to get shitty gains off them and small hellcats are too few and far between (or in places where too many other mobs spawn)
