Idea for new meta dexxer relic

Good to see another moba player wherever I can When UOF introduced the meta dexxer, I saw the Beserker Talisman and immediatly though of Sven the Rogue Exile from Dota 2

I tried Dota 2 and couldn't get into it. Though I see how you would think of that guy. I think of Olaf. THOUGH If we did get a boost at level 10 that transformed us it would be cool to see something like
