dunnno, i have had alot of transactions, with maybe 1 or 2 that had sold outside of the forums on discord when a bid was placed.
This is the third time ive owned this house, keep claiming it from IDOC.

*looking back, my negative review is accurate, i had failed to honor a post, sold to someone else after auction closed.
