...be lowered greatly. Not the skill to tame them, but just the ownership/bonding.
I suggest that the qualifications for owning/bonding a ridable polar bear...

Well you can buy an Ethy and dehue it or add a dye to it for a different color and it's way more usable.
But leave taming ridables alone! There are already too many that require no taming or ride/bond and that should be a perk of being a tamer.

What does it matter if anyone can ride/bond so long as only a tamer can tame it?
As it stands ridable polar bears are pretty useless except to tamers of a certain level. Once you get beyond that...meh. They have no value whatsoever.
